HOA Partner Universities in the UK: How Partnerships Work and Where Students Go
House of Admissions works with 153 UK universities. This page explains what a partnership means for you, and compares the eight partners Nepali students ask HOA about most, using the fees each university publishes.
What Is an HOA Partner University?
House of Admissions (HOA) works with 153 UK partner universities, which pay HOA when a student enrols, so students pay nothing. The partners Nepali students ask about most include Hertfordshire, Coventry, Birmingham City, Leeds Beckett, Sheffield Hallam, Glasgow Caledonian, Nottingham Trent and Cardiff Met. HOA also supports applications to universities outside its partner list.
A UK university that has an agreement with HOA to receive applications from students HOA advises. The university pays HOA a fee when a student enrols; students pay HOA nothing. A partnership does not change a university’s entry rules or your chance of a visa.

- Same entry rules. Partner universities assess you the same way as any other applicant.
- Same visa rules. UKVI decides your visa; no agent or university can promise one.
- Practical help. HOA knows each partner’s deadlines, CAS steps and deposit rules, and can contact admissions teams for you.
- Not limited to partners. If the right course is elsewhere, HOA will still help you apply.
How HOA is paid
Partner universities pay HOA a fee when a student enrols. HOA’s advice is free to students, and a counsellor should always show you options that are not partners when they fit you better.
