Recruit Nepali Students With House of Admissions A UKVI-compliant, AQF-aligned recruitment partner in Nepal

House of Admissions is a UK-only admissions consultancy based in Nepal, serving all 7 provinces from offices in Kathmandu and Pokhara. We already work with 153 UK partner institutions and have placed 5,000+ Nepali students since 2016, at a 99% UK Student Visa success rate (self-reported, internal tracking data). For a UK sponsor, that last figure is the one that matters most: under the UKVI RAG framework live since 1 June 2026, your band is set by your worst metric — and refusal rate is the metric agents move. We are structured to protect it.

What Partners Receive

What House of Admissions Delivers to a UK Institution

Every partnership is structured around what a UK recruitment team actually needs from a source market: qualified applicants, clean visa files, and a refusal rate that protects your sponsor licence rather than threatening it. What follows is what your admissions and compliance teams can expect.

Qualified Applicant Pipeline

Pre-screened applicants matched to your entry criteria before submission. HOA verifies academic equivalency (NEB, TU, KU, PU, Purbanchal), English evidence including MOI eligibility, and financial capacity — so your admissions team assesses complete files, not speculative ones.sted in UK study — covering universities, entry requirements, and visa procedures.

In-Country Representation

Your institution represented across all 7 provinces from offices in Kathmandu and Pokhara: school and college visits, HOA-run UK fairs, alumni panels and virtual open days. This includes provincial markets outside the Kathmandu valley that most agencies never reach.

CAS-to-Enrolment Conversion

End-to-end management from offer to arrival: deposit collection, CAS request accuracy, credibility-interview preparation, 28-day maintenance evidence, TB testing and NOC. This is where offers are usually lost; managing it is what turns your offers into enrolments.cceptance for Studies) coordination, and UK Student Visa document preparation.

Refusal-Rate Protection

Every visa file is audited against Appendix Student before submission: maintenance-balance dating, evidence formatting, CAS–passport consistency and credibility-interview readiness. HOA reports a 99% UK Student Visa success rate across 5,000+ guided applications since 2016 (self-reported, internal tracking data). Under the RAG framework live since 1 June 2026, refusal rate is the metric agents most directly influence — which makes this a direct input to your sponsor band.

Reporting & Account Management

A named account contact plus pipeline reporting by intake, level and programme: enquiries, applications, offers, CAS issued, visas granted and enrolments. Reporting arrives mid-cycle so your recruitment team can act on it, not after the intake has closed.

Ethical, AQF-Aligned Recruitment

HOA operates to UK Agent Quality Framework principles: students are charged nothing at any stage, counsellors have no incentive to steer applicants toward higher-commission institutions, and all 20+ counsellors individually hold the British Council’s UK Agent and Counsellor Training Certification Award.

Who Can Partner

UK Institutions We Partner With

House of Admissions represents UK institutions recruiting from Nepal — from Russell Group universities to pathway providers and specialist colleges. We are a UK-only agency: Nepal is our single source market and the UK is our single destination, which is why our market knowledge runs deeper than a multi-destination agency can sustain.

UK Universities

Russell Group, Red Brick and modern universities recruiting undergraduate, postgraduate taught and research students from Nepal. HOA has placed students across all 24 Russell Group institutions.

Pathway & Foundation Providers

International study centres and foundation providers placing Nepali students on progression routes. Strong demand from NEB +2 leavers below direct-entry thresholds.

UK Higher Education Colleges

HE colleges and further education providers with degree-awarding partnerships, recruiting Nepali students into HND, top-up and undergraduate provision.

Business & Management Schools

MBA, MSc Management and Finance programmes. Consistently the highest-volume postgraduate demand from Nepali applicants, particularly among TU and KU graduates with 2–4 years of work experience.

Nursing & Healthcare Faculties

Nursing, midwifery and allied health faculties. Strong Nepali demand, though applicants require IELTS Academic 7.0 or OET Grade B for NMC registration regardless of MOI — HOA screens for this before submission.

University Groups & Multi-Campus Providers

Multi-campus providers and university groups recruiting across several institutions or campuses under one agreement, with consolidated reporting per campus.

Research-Intensive & PhD Programmes

Doctoral and research-led programmes. Smaller volumes from Nepal, but PhD applicants retain 3 years on the Graduate Route regardless of filing date, which makes the offer materially stronger.

Other UK Sponsors

Any UKVI-licensed student sponsor recruiting from Nepal. If you are unsure whether Nepal fits your intake strategy, submit an enquiry and we will give you an honest read on realistic volumes for your entry criteria.

Partnership Process

How the Partnership Works

A straightforward 4-step process from first contact to active collaboration.

  1. Submit Enquiry

Tell us your institution, sponsor licence status, target intakes and the levels or faculties you are recruiting for.

  2. Initial Discussion

An HOA partnerships lead contacts you within 2 business days to review your Nepal market position, entry requirements, English policy including MOI acceptance, scholarship provision and realistic intake volumes.

  3. Partnership Agreement

We formalise the arrangement with a simple memorandum of understanding outlining the scope, frequency, and format of collaboration activities.

  4. Active Collaboration

Once the agreement and commission schedule are signed and portal access is issued, HOA begins active recruitment: applicant sourcing, application submission, CAS coordination and visa-file management, with pipeline reporting each intake.

House of Admissions welcomes partnerships with UK universities, pathway and foundation providers, higher education colleges, business schools, and multi-campus university groups holding a UKVI student sponsor licence. HOA is a UK-only agency working a single source market: Nepal. Any organisation whose community includes students or professionals interested in UK higher education is eligible to enquire.
No. Partnerships with House of Admissions are free for the institution. HOA operates a 100% free service model for students and partners alike, funded through standard university agent commission arrangements rather than any fee charged to students or partner organisations.
No — UKVI licenses UK institutions as student sponsors, not education agents, so no consultancy can hold “UKVI certification.” The UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF) is a sector-wide initiative led by the British Council, UKCISA, BUILA and Universities UK International (aqf.info); agents do not register for it. What is real: HOA follows UKVI-compliant guidance practice and AQF-aligned principles, and all 20+ HOA counsellors individually hold the British Council’s UK Agent and Counsellor Training Certification Award (britishcouncil.org) — a credential issued to the counsellors, not the organisation. See our full AQF & compliance page for details.
House of Admissions has partner relationships with 153 UK universities across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and has placed students across all 24 Russell Group universities (HOA partner data, self-reported). This breadth means HOA can match students from a wide range of academic backgrounds to a suitable institution.
Yes. HOA regularly delivers free UK university information seminars, individual counselling sessions, and mock interview workshops at partner institutions across Nepal. Sessions are co-branded with your institution and can cover UK entry requirements, scholarships, the MOI (IELTS waiver) route, student visa procedures, and graduate career outcomes in the UK. Contact us to schedule an event.
Yes. HOA has offices in Putalisadak, Kathmandu and Trade Mall, Chipledhunga, Pokhara, and serves students from all 7 provinces of Nepal. For partner institutions outside these cities, HOA advisors can visit on scheduled dates or deliver full consultations online.
All enquiries submitted through the form on this page are reviewed within 2 business days (Sunday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Nepal Time). For faster communication, WhatsApp us at +977 9802373936 — replies typically within 30 minutes during office hours.
By auditing every visa file against Appendix Student before submission: 28-day maintenance-balance dating, financial evidence formatting, CAS and passport consistency, and credibility-interview preparation. HOA reports a 99% UK Student Visa success rate across 5,000+ guided applications since 2016 (self-reported, internal tracking data). This matters commercially because under the UKVI RAG framework live since 1 June 2026 a sponsor’s band is set by its single worst metric, and refusal rate is the metric agent quality most directly affects. Note that UKVI has not published a public band register, so no agency can verify a named institution’s current band.

Why Nepali Students Choose the UK for Higher Education — and HOA for Guidance

The United Kingdom is a popular higher-education destination for Nepali students. A UK bachelor’s degree typically takes three years and a taught master’s one year, which can reduce the total years of study compared with four-year systems elsewhere. Several UK universities — including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London and UCL — rank in the global top tier, and more than 40 UK institutions appear in the QS World University Rankings top 200 (QS World University Rankings). Tuition varies by course and university and is listed on each university page; House of Admissions matches each student to programmes that fit their budget and academic profile.

The UK Student Visa, governed by Appendix Student of the UK Immigration Rules, permits up to 20 hours of paid work per week during term time and full-time work during vacations (UK Home Office, gov.uk/student-visa), helping students offset living costs. The required 28-day maintenance balance is £10,539 for study outside London (≈ NPR 20.5 lakhs at NPR 195/£1) or £13,761 for London (≈ NPR 26.8 lakhs), per UK Home Office guidance. House of Admissions prepares complete visa files, with a reported 99% approval rate across applications it has supported (self-reported).

Living costs vary by city. Per HESA and UCAS estimates, students in cities such as Birmingham, Manchester and Loughborough typically budget around NPR 14–22 lakhs per year, compared with NPR 25 lakhs or more in London. Nepali graduates who studied in English at Tribhuvan University, Pokhara University, Kathmandu University or Purbanchal University can apply to 25+ UK universities via a Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter instead of IELTS — saving up to NPR 35,000 in examination and preparation costs and 2–3 months of preparation, where the chosen university accepts MOI.

After graduation, the Graduate Route grants unrestricted work with no job offer or sponsor required (UK Home Office, gov.uk/graduate-visa). Its length depends on when the Graduate Route application is filed, not on the course dates: 18 months for applications filed on or after 1 January 2027, and 2 years only for those filed on or before 31 December 2026 (PhD graduates keep 3 years either way). Because a student beginning a UK course now will file well after that cutoff, the 18-month figure is the realistic planning number. Graduate Route time does not count toward the standard 5-year Skilled Worker settlement clock; the usual path is Graduate Route → switch to the Skilled Worker visa at the £38,700 salary threshold → Indefinite Leave to Remain after five qualifying years on the Skilled Worker route.

House of Admissions has secured £2M+ in scholarships for Nepali students since 2016 (self-reported), including 50+ Chevening placements (funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office), GREAT Scholarships (£10,000 partial awards), Commonwealth Scholarships (fully funded), and university merit awards of £2,000–£10,000+. Scholarship matching is included in HOA’s free service. Schools, colleges and organisations in Nepal can offer HOA’s UK guidance to their communities through a free partnership arrangement.
