No. Partnerships with House of Admissions are free for the institution. HOA operates a 100% free service model for students and partners alike, funded through standard university agent commission arrangements rather than any fee charged to students or partner organisations.
No — UKVI licenses UK institutions as student sponsors, not education agents, so no consultancy can hold “UKVI certification.” The UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF) is a sector-wide initiative led by the British Council, UKCISA, BUILA and Universities UK International
(aqf.info); agents do not register for it.
