Rahul Chhetri is Director of House of Admissions (HOA), an education consultancy based at Putalisadak in Kathmandu with a second office at Trade Mall, Chipledhunga, Pokhara. He has led the consultancy since it was founded in 2016.
HOA works on one destination. That focus is deliberate: UK entry requirements, UKVI evidence rules and university relationships change often enough that a generalist agency spreading itself across six countries cannot track them properly. Under his direction HOA has kept a single-market model rather than expanding into other destinations.

Rahul’s work centres on the parts of a UK application where Nepali students most often lose an offer or a visa rather than the parts that are easy to research:

How HOA describes its compliance
HOA follows UKVI-compliant guidance and AQF-aligned practice. Being precise about what those are and are not: UK Visas and Immigration licenses UK institutions as student sponsors and does not certify, approve or license education agents, and the UK Agent Quality Framework states it does not accredit agencies. HOA holds no UKVI certification and no AQF registration, because neither exists for agents.
What HOA counsellors do hold, individually, is the British Council’s UK Agent and Counsellor Training Certification Award — all 20+ of them. That is an externally issued credential held by named people, not by the organisation.
Service model
HOA charges students nothing at any stage — consultation, university applications, SOP review, scholarship matching and visa file preparation are all free. The consultancy is paid a referral commission by partner universities when a student enrols. Students pay only official third-party fees: the UK visa fee, the Immigration Health Surcharge, the TB test and the NPR 2,000 NOC.
