These Terms of Service ("Terms") formulate the legal agreement between you and the House of Admissions and Education Services ("HOA", "we", "us"). This governs your use of our digital platforms and consulting infrastructure.

By engaging our enterprise services, you formally agree to these Terms. If you cannot comply with our strict anti-fraud and financial transparency mandates, you must immediately cease using our services.

  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • All academic, personal, and financial documentation provided is 100% genuine and unaltered.
  • You explicitly consent to our data processing frameworks as detailed in our Privacy & e-Visa Policy.

Section 02 About Our Operations

House of Admissions and Education Services is a highly specialized, UK-exclusive educational consultancy headquartered at Putalisadak 28, Kathmandu, with expanded operations in Pokhara and an active UK-based regional network (+44).

Our operational revenue is derived exclusively via established, formalized partnership contracts with UK Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). This structural independence guarantees that we can deliver premium, end-to-end processing to our students completely free of charge.

Statutory Warning: You are solely responsible for official third-party governmental/institutional fees (e.g., University tuition deposits, UKVI Visa Application fees, IHS Surcharge, and standard VFS Biometrics). You must pay these directly via secure international banking channels; HOA will never ask you to transfer these funds into our corporate accounts.

Section 05 Student Compliance Responsibilities

To maintain our elite success rates and safeguard our university partnerships, you are legally bound to the following:

  • Financial Truthfulness (2026 Mandate): You are solely responsible for demonstrating unencumbered financial maintenance strictly aligning with updated UKVI thresholds (e.g., £1,529/month for London or £1,171/month outside London) held for a strict 28-day period. Any manipulation of financial histories will result in immediate termination.
  • Digital e-Visa Security: You must maintain the security of your UKVI online accounts. HOA will guide you through share-code generation but will never retain permanent access to your personal portal.
  • Strict Responsiveness: You must respond to our communications and UKVI requests immediately. We assume no liability for application collapse due to client delay.
  • Immigration Honesty: You must disclose all previous visa rejections from any global jurisdiction prior to application submission.

Section 06 UKVI RAG Rating & No Guarantees

Institutional Protection Notice: While we boast a near-perfect visa success rate, no ethical firm can guarantee visa issuance. Final authority rests unequivocally with the UK Home Office.

Under the new UKVI Red-Amber-Green (RAG) compliance system, universities face severe penalties for high visa refusal rates. Consequently, HOA acts as a strict firewall for our partners.

  • We conduct multi-stage genuine student assessments.
  • Immigration policies, including the duration of the Graduate Immigration Route, are subject to statutory change. HOA holds no liability for future legislative reductions to post-study work rights.
  • We hold no liability for admissions rejections resulting from capacity constraints at high-demand institutions.

Section 07 Our "Best Interest" Duty

We bind ourselves to a corporate standard of absolute integrity:

  • We operate under a "Best Interest Standard," explicitly recommending against applications or visa submissions we ascertain have a low probability of success.
  • We pledge to protect your sensitive financial and academic data via GDPR-aligned security frameworks.
  • We guarantee a maximum 2-business-day response SLA during active processing.

Section 08 Intellectual Property

The House of Admissions digital infrastructure, strategic guides, proprietary SOP templates, and visual brand assets (including the Royal Blue and Gold corporate identity) are exclusive intellectual property. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, data scraping, or template theft will result in aggressive legal action.

Section 09 What Is HOA Not Liable For?

To the absolute extent permitted by law, House of Admissions and Education Services accepts zero liability for:

  • Consequential economic loss, reputational damage, or travel expenses incurred following a UKVI visa refusal or university rejection.
  • Adverse outcomes resulting from the client submitting fraudulent documents, hidden criminal histories, or forged financial statements.
  • Systemic disruptions to the UKVI digital e-Visa platform or university CAS issuance portals.

Section 10 Zero Fraud Tolerance & Termination

We actively protect the UKVI RAG compliance ratings of our partner universities. Our internal vetting protocols require a 100% genuine student assessment.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate all free services and withdraw university representation without notice if:

  • We detect forged bank statements, manipulated property valuations, or counterfeit academic certificates.
  • An applicant poses a statistical risk to a partner university's visa refusal thresholds.
  • A client exhibits abusive or threatening behavior toward our counseling staff in Nepal or the UK.

Section 11 e-Visa & Privacy Standards

Your engagement with our firm is additionally governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect highly sensitive data solely to facilitate your UK university and visa application. Acceptance of these Terms constitutes acknowledgment of our data processing, retention, and digital security measures.

Section 12 Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed explicitly by the laws of Nepal. Disputes arising from our consulting operations fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu. Matters directly pertaining to UK immigration fraud, however, remain subject to UK Home Office jurisdiction and inter-agency reporting.

Section 13 Policy Amendments

Due to the rapidly evolving nature of UK immigration law, HOA reserves the right to amend these Terms. Substantive changes reflecting updated UKVI mandates will be posted immediately to this centralized compliance hub.

Why Nepali Students Choose the UK for Higher Education — and HOA for Guidance

The United Kingdom is a popular higher-education destination for Nepali students. A UK bachelor’s degree typically takes three years and a taught master’s one year, which can reduce the total years of study compared with four-year systems elsewhere. Several UK universities — including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London and UCL — rank in the global top tier, and more than 40 UK institutions appear in the QS World University Rankings top 200 (QS World University Rankings). Tuition varies by course and university and is listed on each university page; House of Admissions matches each student to programmes that fit their budget and academic profile.

The UK Student Visa, governed by Appendix Student of the UK Immigration Rules, permits up to 20 hours of paid work per week during term time and full-time work during vacations (UK Home Office, gov.uk/student-visa), helping students offset living costs. The required 28-day maintenance balance is £10,539 for study outside London (≈ NPR 20.5 lakhs at NPR 195/£1) or £13,761 for London (≈ NPR 26.8 lakhs), per UK Home Office guidance. House of Admissions prepares complete visa files, with a reported 99% approval rate across applications it has supported (self-reported).

Living costs vary by city. Per HESA and UCAS estimates, students in cities such as Birmingham, Manchester and Loughborough typically budget around NPR 14–22 lakhs per year, compared with NPR 25 lakhs or more in London. Nepali graduates who studied in English at Tribhuvan University, Pokhara University, Kathmandu University or Purbanchal University can apply to 25+ UK universities via a Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter instead of IELTS — saving up to NPR 35,000 in examination and preparation costs and 2–3 months of preparation, where the chosen university accepts MOI.

After graduation, the Graduate Route grants unrestricted work with no job offer or sponsor required (UK Home Office, gov.uk/graduate-visa). Its length depends on when the Graduate Route application is filed, not on the course dates: 18 months for applications filed on or after 1 January 2027, and 2 years only for those filed on or before 31 December 2026 (PhD graduates keep 3 years either way). Because a student beginning a UK course now will file well after that cutoff, the 18-month figure is the realistic planning number. Graduate Route time does not count toward the standard 5-year Skilled Worker settlement clock; the usual path is Graduate Route → switch to the Skilled Worker visa at the £38,700 salary threshold → Indefinite Leave to Remain after five qualifying years on the Skilled Worker route.

House of Admissions has secured £2M+ in scholarships for Nepali students since 2016 (self-reported), including 50+ Chevening placements (funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office), GREAT Scholarships (£10,000 partial awards), Commonwealth Scholarships (fully funded), and university merit awards of £2,000–£10,000+. Scholarship matching is included in HOA’s free service. Schools, colleges and organisations in Nepal can offer HOA’s UK guidance to their communities through a free partnership arrangement. Two offices serve all seven provinces of Nepal: HOA Kathmandu at Putalisadak, and HOA Pokhara at Trade Mall, Chipledhunga. Book a free consultation at either office →
