1. Financial Evidence Problems

• Funds not held for 28 consecutive days — the money must sit in the account, untouched (net balance must not drop below the required amount), for 28 days straight.
• Sudden large deposits — if a large sum appears in the account just before the 28-day window, UKVI may question the source. Always be ready to explain fund origins.
• Inconsistent balances — if the balance fluctuates significantly during the 28 days, your application may be refused.
• Statements not in English — Nepali bank statements should be accompanied by an official English translation or a translated certified version.

2. Lack of Genuine Student Intent

UKVI officers assess whether you genuinely intend to study. Red flags include:

• A course that doesn't align with your previous qualifications or career goals
• Applying for a course significantly below your academic level
• Vague answers about why you chose that specific university or course
• Frequent short-term UK visitor visas in your history with overstays

4. Immigration History Issues
