Meet & Greet — September 2026 Intake

The HOA Virtual UK University Meet and Greet is a free online event series hosted by House of Admissions from 25 June to 15 July 2026. Each daily session (2–10 July) features a dedicated virtual meeting with admissions representatives from one UK university, allowing Nepali students to receive academic profile assessments, confirm September 2026 eligibility, and apply for immediate entry. All sessions are free to registered participants.

Nine UK universities are participating across daily sessions from 2–10 July 2026:

Yes. The September 2026 intake application window remains open at many UK universities through July 2026, subject to course availability. The HOA Last-Minute Application series (25 June–15 July 2026) is specifically designed for this purpose. Students who receive a Conditional or Unconditional Offer by mid-July can complete CAS issuance, 28-day bank fund compliance, and UK Student Visa application in time for a September 2026 start, as standard UKVI processing from Nepal takes approximately 3 weeks. HOA advises on timeline viability for each individual student's circumstances.

Prepare: academic transcripts (Grade 10/SEE, Grade 12/+2, Bachelor's degree if applicable), official certificates, valid passport copy, and IELTS or PTE Academic score if available. If applying via the MOI letter pathway, arrange the letter from your Nepali institution before the session. Having complete documentation at the virtual meeting increases the likelihood of receiving a Conditional Offer on the day.

You can also click the Register button next to each session in the schedule table above. HOA will confirm your slot, provide the virtual meeting link, and send a preparation checklist. Registration is free and slots are limited — early registration is advised.

The UK Home Office requires applicants to demonstrate available funds held continuously for 28 consecutive calendar days, per Appendix Student of the UK Immigration Rules (gov.uk/student-visa, 2026). The required total is first-year tuition fees plus: £10,539 for study outside London (9 months × £1,171/month), equivalent to approximately NPR 20.5 lakhs at the Nepal Rastra Bank reference rate of NPR 195 per GBP; or £13,761 for London (approximately NPR 26.8 lakhs). Yes. Students may register for and attend sessions with multiple universities. HOA will advise which sessions are most relevant based on your academic profile, desired subject, and budget. Each session is a separate virtual meeting with independent registration. Attending multiple sessions increases the range of offer options available to you, and HOA will assist in comparing offers, scholarships, and locations after each session.

Yes — all HOA services are free to students, including event registration, university application submission, SOP preparation, scholarship identification, and UK Student Visa document guidance. House of Admissions is funded through educational partnership agreements with 153 UK universities; students pay nothing at any stage.
